Refund Policy

We want LightDeck to be worth it for you. Here's how refunds work.

14-day free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. Use that period to make sure LightDeck fits your workflow before you commit. If it doesn't, cancel before the trial ends — there's nothing to refund.

Monthly subscriptions

First 30 days: If you're not satisfied with LightDeck for any reason within the first 30 days after your initial paid subscription begins, email us and we'll refund the most recent monthly charge in full. One refund per account.

After 30 days: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; we don't issue prorated refunds for partial months already paid.

Annual subscriptions

First 30 days: Full refund available — same as monthly. Email us within 30 days of your annual payment.

After 30 days: Annual subscriptions can be canceled to stop future renewal, but the remainder of the current annual term is non-refundable. You'll keep full access until the end of the paid period.

Founding member pricing

If you signed up at the founding member rate ($49/mo locked for life), the same refund policy applies — full refund in the first 30 days, no prorated refunds after.

How to request a refund

Email hello@lightdeck.tech from the email address associated with your account. Include:

We'll process eligible refunds within 5 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe.

Things we don't refund

Disputes and chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please reach out before initiating a chargeback. We'll work with you to resolve it. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in the account being permanently closed.
